Welcome to the R.O.A.R. Blog!

The R.O.A.R. website is dedicated to honest conversation, observations, acceptance, and recognizing and building your personal power.

In these blog postings, and forum discussion pages I will share excerpts from my book, and I will post about my experiences. Experiences that taught me how to be brave, cautious, kind, and more self-aware than ever before. I welcome all questions and comments, and I will listen to your experiences with honor and grace.
